Job Description:

As a Remote Data Encoder, you will be responsible for entering and updating data in our company database. You will work closely with our data team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, and who can work under minimal supervision.

You will be handling sensitive or confidential data, so maintaining the highest degree of ethical standards is crucial. Your role is fundamental in ensuring smooth operations in our company and aiding decision-making processes. Responsibilities:

1. Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording.

2. Confirm that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation.

3. Organize and maintain original paper evidence.

4. Assist in developing and maintaining improved records within the database system.

5. Produce reports.

6. File appropriately as necessary.

7. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of a High School diploma, although an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

2. Prior experience as a Data Encoder or related position.
