As a Sales Manager in our Local Outreach team, you will lead a team of inside sales representatives who offer Cry advertising solutions to small local businesses. In this role, you’ll coach, develop, and inspire your team in a high-energy and fast-paced cold calling sales environment. What you’ll do:

Give hands on instructing and criticism to a group of Record Leaders
Mentor, create, and inspire your group of reps to become top achievers and future pioneers.
Consider your group responsible to guaranteeing that our items, arrangements and evaluating are conveyed plainly and precisely to possibilities
