Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Help develop and execute social media campaigns that align with the company’s marketing goals.
- Conduct research on social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Analyze social media metrics to assess campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in planning and executing social media events and promotions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and professional growth
