Job Description

Execute and support the knowledge transfer strategy (via training and communications) to improve the knowledge level of current and future Service Logistics capabilities by developing materials and toolkits. Training and Communication Specialist

  • Works with sites to develop an in house trainer and performs “Train the Trainer” training
  • Continuous improvement in training materials and training topics via feedback from Service management about common issues raised. Training and Communication Specialist

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in an logistics environment in transport or operations roles
  • Minimum of 3 years of training experience in the logistics environment
