Description

The UX Designer is a key player in many critical enterprise solutions for our users and B2B Partners. From brainstorming through implementation. In this role, you will be part of a ground-up innovation team who are passionate about human interface design. You will work closely with the other designers on the team, software engineering, product management, and other partners to understand requirements, grasp and distill highly sophisticated user mindsets, employ creative techniques to generate a diverse range of innovative ideas and concepts, create wireframes, and prototypes to visualize ideas and collaborate with developers to execute the projects efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of in-depth experience in high-impact UX design.
  • Deep understanding of the UX design process and strategy.
  • Strong grasp of fundamental user-centered visual and interactive design principles.
  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills and comfortably partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • An online portfolio of professional work demonstrating the successful delivery of projects.
  • Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility, branding, localization etc.
  • Experience in facilitating brainstorming sessions and generating innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Good understanding with design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, Keynote, Adobe CS, InVision etc.
  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills and comfortably partnering with cross-functional teams.

Pay & Benefits

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $214,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
