Serve as the primary advocate for clients within the employer and act as a trusted advisor
Develop and nurture relationships with C-suite executives to align solutions with client priorities
Conduct operational reviews, track progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and generate insightful reports
Identify additional revenue opportunities while monitoring accounts receivable efforts
Facilitate collaborations between client and employer teams to align goals and strategic initiatives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
0-10+ years of relevant work experience in client account management
Strong understanding of healthcare industry practices and technical knowledge of healthcare software systems
Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Flexible and adaptable, with experience managing diverse client situations
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
0-7+ years of healthcare client account management experience
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and practices
Strategic thinking and initiative in driving client health awareness and management
Analytical proficiency to support complex discussions and problem resolution
