Full Job Description:-

Care Finders Total Care – NJ, a Medicare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Community Engagement Representative. You will spend your days out in the community, building connections, attending events, and promoting our home care services. If you love interacting with people and making a real difference, this role is for you!

Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
Office: 111 Washington St unit 3, Paterson, NJ 07503
Pay: $22 Hourly + Commission

You will…

Source, screen, and close new case referrals through grassroots community outreach.
Build relationships with community leaders and individuals to establish trust and promote services.
Organize and represent the company at various community locations (churches, supermarkets, senior homes, food pantries, schools, cultural events, rehabs, hospitals, etc.).
Serve as the primary point of contact for new cases and provide support to administrative staff.

Successful candidate must be energetic, organized and able to work independently, have strong interpersonal skills, be self motivated and results driven.
Proven experience in marketing/community outreach, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry.
Home Care experience preferred
Knowledge and understanding of Medicaid waiver eligibility and enrollment process preferred
A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required.
Bilingual in English & Spanish required
