Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant – Social Media & Canva Designer to help us enhance our online presence and drive engagement for our solar programs. If you are passionate about social media, creative design, and making a positive impact in the renewable energy sector, we want to hear from you!

Design and manage creative social media content (primarily for Facebook) using Canva.
Develop, schedule, and monitor Facebook Ads to drive lead generation for our solar programs.
Manage and grow our Facebook community, ensuring active engagement with followers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all social platforms.
Analyze performance metrics from social campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Assist with email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversions.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, especially for the Australian market.

Requirements:

Experience working within the solar industry is preferred.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Proficiency in Canva and other design tools.
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
Strong understanding of B2C marketing strategies for the Australian market.
Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for campaign improvements.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
Laptop or desktop with updated operating system (at least core i5 or higher).
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
Headset with microphone for clear communication.
Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
