Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Facebook Group Moderator to manage and grow our E-commerce community, Amazon FBA Sellers & Experts | New & Experienced Gurus | e-Commerce Solutions. The ideal candidate will focus on increasing membership, fostering engaging discussions, and ensuring a positive atmosphere for learning and collaboration among members.

Responsibilities:

1. Membership Growth:
• How will you strategize to grow our group member base (e.g., organic reach, paid strategies, or collaborations with other groups)?
• How will you attract relevant and engaged members who align with the group’s purpose?
• Can you provide specific examples or methods you have used to grow groups in the past?
2. Engagement & Content Management:
• How many posts per day or week will you share to keep the group active and engaging?
• What types of content (e.g., educational, promotional, interactive) will you share to encourage participation?
• What are your strategies for encouraging group members to engage in discussions and share their own experiences?
3. Moderation & Group Rules Enforcement:
• How will you moderate content to ensure that all posts align with the group’s rules and values?

• What is your approach for handling disputes, spam, or inappropriate content in the group?
• How will you maintain the quality of discussions and ensure the group remains a valuable resource for all members?
4. New Member Approval:
• What criteria will you use to screen and approve new member requests?
• How will you ensure that new members are legitimate and relevant to the e-commerce or Amazon FBA community?
• How many member requests can you handle on a daily or weekly basis?
5. Community Building:
• How will you foster a sense of community and collaboration among members?
• Will you run any special events, challenges, or Q&A sessions to keep the community engaged?
