Position Overview:

As a Client Support Assistant at Costco, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our members by providing exceptional support and assistance in all aspects of our service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Serve as the first point of contact for members needing assistance, responding to inquiries and providing information about Costco products and services.
Resolve member complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, maintaining a positive company image.

Product Support and Information:

Assist members in understanding product features, pricing, and promotions through clear and concise communication.
Provide expert advice on inventory availability and product sourcing, guiding members towards informed purchasing decisions.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with fellow team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share insights and strategies for improved member support.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of member interactions and feedback, documenting any follow-up actions or escalations required.
Perform data entry and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure an accurate reflection of products available.

Member Engagement:

Proactively reach out to members to gather feedback and conduct satisfaction surveys, contributing to Costco’s continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role, preferably within the retail or wholesale industry.

Educational Background:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in customer service, business, or a related field is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse member base.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software tools.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations.
