• Elicits and documents business requirements from stakeholders
• Attends requirements workshops to communicate/discuss documented business requirements
• Documents requirements e.g. user stories that are well formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
• Creates test plans and test cases
• Organizes and maintains the team backlog
