Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Participate in and support design session activities, including business requirements analysis, documentation, system setup, testing, training, rollout, and coordinating and encouraging involvement from key stakeholders; support the development of design and system configuration

Work with the workstream leads to develop integrated solutions that consider other workstreams, functional areas, and technology; identify issues and risks and develop resolutions for the workstream.

Provide the functional area with business process knowledge and leverage leading practices including Human Capital Management (HCM) and organizational knowledge.

Support implementation efforts for all project phases, activities, tasks, and deliverables in that workstream; acts as the liaison between the team and other project teams; manage the completion of project deliverables and documentation consistent with scope, objectives, and phases; contribute to master data conversion and maintenance strategy.

Provide updates to, and solicit input from various stakeholders throughout the organization including timely status reports to key stakeholders.

Required:

High School GED
Experience with pricing and contracting

Preferred:

Bachelor’s in related field
5 years of experience in business systems analysis and system implementation efforts in the functional area
3 years experience based on functional area Oracle HCM or Epic

experience may be required
Experience with software such as Python
