With the role being fully remote, you have the freedom to work from anywhere within the United Kingdom, requiring only a commitment of 20 hours per week.

What you will be doing:

Your primary task will be to manage and respond to live chat inquiries through Facebook Messenger for different businesses. Upon starting your shift, you’ll log into the designated Facebook Messenger account and begin addressing customer questions and concerns, offering a friendly and efficient service. Training will be provided to familiarize you with common queries and appropriate responses, ensuring you’re well-prepared to engage with customers effectively.

Rate: $35 per hour
