Our client is an established packaging manufacturer located in Western NY. They are currently looking for Folder / Gluer Operators for their 2nd and 3rd shifts!

This position pays $20 – $28/hour

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate folder/gluer machine to maximize production while achieving quality control metrics and production rate for products produced.
• Complete required paperwork and quality sign offs
• Inspect product for any imperfections or irregularities making adjustments as needed
• Maintain running speeds, and registration of folders while checking for quality
• Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance tasks on folding equipment
• Communicate with other Folding Operators and Supervisors on production issues, needs, and make recommendations to improve production effectiveness, efficiency, and safety
• Interpret production paperwork for accurate product production
