  Here, you will make an impact by :n

  • Understanding and following department general standard operating procedures and standard operating procedures, product standards, process standards and test standards as requiredn
  • Counting or weighing items as requiredn
  • Checking quality of items according to visual standardsn
  • Packaging test pack products to include counting and collating, wrapping and case packing of test packsn
  • Catching and stacking laminated sheets from the laminator auto-cuttern
  • Understanding and following lot numbering systems and component segregationnn

    Your Skills and Expertisen

    To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications :n

    n
    • Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)n
    • Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needednn

      Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :n

      • Six (6) months to one (1) year of manufacturing experiencen
      • Basic math, able to count quickly and correctlyn
      • Ability to multi-taskn
      • Attention to detailnn
