Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Responsibilities

Enter and update data into various databases and systems
Verify accuracy of data and make corrections as needed
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Generate reports and summaries based on data entry
Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding data discrepancies
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Educational Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications or coursework in data entry, office administration, or a related field is a plus.

Experience
