As an Operational Planning Associate Manager, you’ll play a key role in enabling strategic and operational excellence across commerce and partner activities. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to manage campaign planning, creative workflows, internal communications, promotional offers, and the execution of new features that support our global growth and customer satisfaction.
🚀 Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with vertical leads to plan and execute major initiatives across commerce and partner operations.

Manage key operational tasks including legal approvals, campaign briefs, creative asset handling, and more.

Support end-to-end launch readiness for streaming promotions, partner offers, and bundled services.

Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.

Coordinate communications and planning tools for internal stakeholders and executives.

Manage campaign elements across multiple channels including web, email, third-party offers, and retention efforts.

Monitor workflows and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational velocity.

Ensure cross-functional collaboration with teams like Legal, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, and Payments.
