Immediate FT opening in St. Louis Park! Looking for someone with great energy, a positive attitude, and plenty of people skills. Must possess the ability to work independently and multitask. Some phone answering, booking conference rooms, light clean up, and general all around juggling is an added benefit.
You will represent a number of companies in a coworking space environment. Looking for a positive thinker and problem solver who can dig in and get things done. Love applicants that have service/receptionist background and great office skills. You will work with a wide variety of people. Every day is different, and AWESOME! 9 to 5, Monday thru Friday.
Skills required: Microsoft Outlook, Word, email etiquette, professional phone presence, and a quick learner. The more skills you can offer in an office environment, the better! But, we are ready to train the right person with a people first attitude! This is an in-office position.
