Full job description

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Identify and pursue business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
Build and manage a team of sales representatives to drive student admissions.

Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure high performance and productivity.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, industry partners, and student communities.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
