This position pays $20 – $28/hour
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate folder/gluer machine to maximize production while achieving quality control metrics and production rate for products produced. Folder / Gluer Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift – Professional Development
- Complete required paperwork and quality sign offs
- Inspect product for any imperfections or irregularities making adjustments as needed
- Maintain running speeds, and registration of folders while checking for quality
- Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance tasks on folding equipment
- Communicate with other Folding Operators and Supervisors on production issues, needs, and make recommendations to improve production effectiveness, efficiency, and safety
- Interpret production paperwork for accurate product production
