What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Manage multiple capital projects in different geographic areas
– Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and consultants
– Troubleshoot and problem-solve in the can manufacturing environment or preform operations
– Ensure projects adhere to company policies and procedures
– Collaborate with plant directors, engineers, and managers for smooth project transitions

What is Required (Qualifications):
– BS Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
– 5-7 years of Engineering experience in high-speed beverage Manufacturing Environment
– Solid understanding of Plant Maintenance Operations
– Individual project CAPEX expenditure experience of at least $6-10 million
– Proven experience managing multiple CAPEX expenditures
– Ability to travel around 50% of the time
