You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

Manage high-volume recruitment efforts for various positions across the organization.
Collaborate with recruiting managers to define job requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications:

High-School Diploma required
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, with a track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for recruitment.
Bilingual in ASL and English is a plus
