We at Texas Instruments are looking for an experienced Equipment Engineer – Plasma to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and troubleshooting plasma systems for a variety of applications. We are seeking someone with a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience working with plasma systems. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills as you will be working with a variety of departments within the organization. Responsibilities:

Design, test, and troubleshoot plasma systems for a variety of applications.
Collaborate with a variety of departments within the organization.
Maintain and repair plasma systems when needed.
Develop new strategies and techniques for enhancing the performance of plasma systems.
Work with other engineers and technicians to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Stay up-to-date with the latest plasma technology and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations.
Prepare technical reports for management review.
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical
Mechanical
Or Chemical Engineering
Demonstrated Knowledge Of Plasma Etch Equipment
Demonstrated Experience In The Operation Of Complex Vacuum Systems
Experience In The Development And Maintenance Of Plasma Etch Processes
Knowledge Of Semiconductor Device Fabrication Processes
Knowledge Of Cleanroom Operations And Safety Protocols
Ability To Troubleshoot And Diagnose Complex Technical
